What if I don’t eat fish/eggs/meat/dairy/gluten/etc?
Though there is fish, shellfish & eggs in the Whole Foods and Keto meal plans - they can be easily substituted for another protein source. The vegetarian meal plan is completely fish and meat free. All meal plans are largely free of dairy with the exception of the occasional butter or ghee, but again they may be substituted for another type of fat - coconut oil, avocado oil, extra-virgin olive oil, etc. All meal plans are 100% gluten-free.
